ince 1969, the Boulangerie Régionale offers high-quality products to the Magdalen Islands and the continent. The Boulangerie Régionale, in addition to producing bread under the regional packaging, also produces traditional breads La Fleur de Sable and Moisson des Îles and the production of the traditional meat pies of the Islands.
